How remote support works

  1. Contact us
    Call or text (760) 889-1034, or send a message through our contact form and briefly describe the problem.
  2. Schedule a session
    We’ll agree on a time for your remote support session. In many cases, we can help the same day.
  3. Receive a secure link
    At the scheduled time, we’ll provide a secure link to our remote support tool. You’ll click the link and follow a few simple prompts to allow us to connect.
  4. We work while you watch
    Once connected, you’ll see everything we do on your screen. We’ll explain what’s happening in plain English as we troubleshoot and fix the issue.
  5. You stay in control
    When we’re done, you can end the session at any time. We cannot reconnect without your permission.

What we can do remotely

We take your privacy seriously. Remote sessions are:

  • Permission-based – we can only connect when you approve it
  • Visible – you see everything we do on your screen in real time
  • Temporary – once we disconnect, we no longer have access

We only access the parts of your system needed to diagnose and resolve the issue, and we’re happy to explain what we’re doing as we go.
