Many issues can also be handled remotely, as long as you have a working internet connection. Remote support is available to clients outside the immediate area as well.
On-site service
On-site visits are ideal when:
- Hardware needs to be checked or replaced
- Network and Wi-Fi equipment needs to be installed or moved
- Multiple devices (computers, printers, TVs, etc.) need to be set up together
- It’s easier to see your full setup in person
We’ll discuss your situation first and let you know if an on-site visit is recommended or if remote support is a better fit.
